The City Corporation’s Pavement Licence Policy which sets out how we can support businesses to create vibrant, accessible outdoor dining spaces in the City of London.

 We have drafted a policy that is aimed at supporting businesses in optimising the use of external space by facilitating the pavement licence process whilst maintaining public safety, accessibility, and pedestrian comfort levels when granting licences.
